Abstract
 
ADB's Trade Finance Program has established itself as a key player in the international trade community, providing fast and reliable trade finance support to fill market gaps for trade finance.

This brochure provides an overview of the advantages of ADB's Trade Finance Program, a program summary, as well as information on the confirming and issuing bank transaction processes. The three main products of ADB's Trade Finance Program (TFP) are Guarantee Products, Funded Product, Distribution Product (Cofinance).

In 2016, the program supported $3.09 billion in transactions, $1.77 billion in cofinancing, and supported 1,596 SMEs. As of 2016, the program is partnered with over 200 banks. The six most active TFP countries are Armenia, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Viet Nam.
