Startup Europe Smart Agrifood Summit is a world class community of entrepreneurs, advisors and investors that invests in early-stage startups in AgriFood ecosystem, led by seasoned entrepreneurs that are working to solve the world’s greatest challenges in value chain agrifood with technology, while leading the sustainability revolution.
It is also important to review the more than 12 Venture Capital entities and funds from all over Europe, the USA and Israel, such as those who have already joined and were present at the event. We select 300 startups to join our intensive 2 days (Jun, 20 to 21) Start-ups will engage with our international team of advisors, successful entrepreneurs and investors in unique daily activities that are designed to help entrepreneurs gain new perspective and focus.
However, your time in Malaga is merely the beginning of your journey with us - you will become a life-long member of our cohesive community. Together, we will work tirelessly to solve the world’s greatest challenges, using the tools of an entrepreneur.
We open an Elevator Pitch, for which we will select the best Startups to present themselves to investors. The winners of the Elevator Pitch will receive great prizes from the sponsoring companies.
Startups that are not selected for the elevator pitch will participate in a Speaker Corner where they can expose their project / Startups to the general public.
There will also be challenges that will be developed in Bootcamp for entrepreneurs who dare with them.
Our intention is to work with an open mind about each team's ability to develop a project as part of the move towards our goal of gradually building up an entrepreneurial ecosystem for AgriFood.
