The Fashion Innovation Award is a call to Innovation aimed at existing companies and start-ups who have a technology or product which has the potential to widely disrupt the fashion and retail industries. 15 start-ups will be selected for the shortlist. The best startups will have the chance to pitch their ideas to investors and fashion brands.
In efforts to bring together fashion and retail innovation, Loomish, a consultancy company proving digital investment consultancy services specifically within the fashion and retail industry, has launched the Fashion Innovation Award.
The Fashion Innovation Award is organised for startups and young companies involved in studying and designing intelligent, digital solutions for the fashion and retail industries. The best solutions will be chosen by an international-level jury of experts and top managers from the fashion and retail world, as well as investors and academics. They identify solutions that offer the most disruptive, innovative business opportunities and which are ready to scale internationally.
Selected startups/ideas will benefit from a wide array of offers. The best start-ups will have the chance to meet face-to-face with leading investors, world-class fashion & retail brands as well as gain visibility. A development package from Loomish and its partners worth thousands of Euros will also be provided. This includes support and mentoring as well as an equipped office space in the FDL in Pura or Lugano. Furthermore, startups will have the chance to pitch their ideas to investors and fashion brands at a dedicated event on March 25th and then at the 'Fashion meets e-Commerce' event in Lugano on March 26th 2018.
